TITLE: Senior Data Analyst
DUTIES: Produce business and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports and devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources such as clinical trial data and datasets that include detailed Target and Molecule level information for our pharmaceutical R&D clients. Clean, transform, and analyze data with the objective of creating key business insights for our clients and synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Execute work in the management of internal data and databases, data cleaning, data uploads and data and systems validation as required. Develop analysis and reporting capabilities and also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements in current processes. Manage raw data, query, and create databases, and construct data frameworks for analyzing data. Analyze data using standard methods including statistical methods, interpret results, and present clear summaries. Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. Able to work 100% remotely. Must reside within continental U.S.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics, Economics, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience working with data analysis and utilizing MS Excel to run pivot tables, array formulas and VBA. Must also have 6 months of experience in Working with bio-pharma clinical or portfolio data. Able to work 100% remotely. Must reside within continental U.S.
