Supply Operations AnalystSummary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supply Operations Analyst!

We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support production planning, material visibility, and operational reporting. In this role, you'll help transform data into actionable insights that support production execution, inventory management, and customer commitments. What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain reports related to production schedules, inventory levels, material requirements, and demand visibility.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support weekly production planning and short-term scheduling activities.
  • Translate production schedules into material demand requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and material consumption to identify shortages or excess inventory.
  • Compare planned versus actual material usage and communicated variances.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and planning resources.
  • Provide visibility into production schedules, material readiness, and operational constraints.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Client Services teams to support decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, planning, or related areas.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
