Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Design Assistant to add to our team. The ideal candidate will act as the administrative and creative backbone to our Designers. They will possess a strong understanding of deadlines, customer service, and design and be proficient in the needed or similar software. The Sales/Design Assistant will play a key role, ensuring details and satisfaction throughout the Designer's process.

At Tom's Cabinetry, we strive to withhold our quality and customer service as well as staying up to date with our designs, functionality, and new products. All while maintaining great customer service and a care for our clients. Projects range from residential to light commercial, and new construction to remodels.


Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet customers
  • Draft drawings and proposals for Designer's approval, when needed
  • Assist office staff as needed to help efficiency and service overall
  • Work closely with the team to stay on task of customer service expectations
  • Stay up to date on products and design in the industry.
  • Keep the showroom up to date with samples and inventory
  • Assist clients with service needs and misc. projects
