Job description

Job Summary: Point of contact for all Lot and inventory related issues and processes; responsible for new / used car inventory records and management; works closely with Service and Sales management to ensure inventory data is up to date and accurate; ensures proper presentation of vehicles and lot; assists employees with verifying vehicle status and availability; may have other duties as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities
โ€ข Conduct periodic internal audits, research discrepancies, identify and correct deficiencies.
โ€ข Manage the replenishment process and analyze changes to inventory levels based on historical data and sales input.
โ€ข Implement processes to reduce inventory on-hand.
โ€ข Process incoming vehicles (new / used / trade-ins).
โ€ข Verify all units have proper stickers, labels, and plates.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
โ€ข Previous or current valet or porter experience.
โ€ข Automotive or inventory / warehouse experience preferred but not required.
โ€ข High-level organizational skills: ability to manage large volumes of information, data, and paperwork; be responsive to requests from management, other staff, etc.
โ€ข Ability to use inventory management systems, and other industry technology.
โ€ข High level attention to detail; able to perform quality-control.
โ€ข Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude.
โ€ข Ability to understand and follow all state and federal regulations, company policies and processes.
โ€ข Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to the company.
