The Technology Strategic Programs supports this strategy by transforming and driving how our 8000-person Technology Ecosystem operates to accelerate outcomes for our customers.  This team focuses on strategic planning, the operating rhythm, technical programs, and programs that elevate the Technology ecosystem as a high-performing organization. 


Responsibilities


We are looking for an Executive Assistant Business Partner 2 to provide high-level administrative assistance to one VP, who reports to the CTO, and ttwo Directors.  Uses discretion in handling details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature that if released, could have legal, financial or public risks. Applies skills and analytical knowledge acquired through experience to perform the more complex duties of the position. Works under limited supervision and executes own work planning. Initiates appropriate action to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.  AI-fluent and curious.  Designs and implements innovative solutions to optimize leader time and attention. Continuously learns and adapts to new technologies.  Devises and delivers team building and culture experiences in partnership with executives.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years working at the Executive Administrative Business Partner level, preferably supporting C-Level senior staff members

  • Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity

  • Proven leadership skills and teaming capability. Ability to coach and inspire others

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly from one task to another; creative problem solver, seeks 'win-win' solutions; energized by challenges

  • Anticipatory-must be able to plan ahead and identify unforeseen needs through prediction and solving

  • Adaptability- Embrace change and pivot when changes arise

  • Perseverance-ability to see things through completion regardless of obstacles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Cultural steward-Brings an element of fun and caring to the workplace

  • Strong familiarity with technology preferred

  • Expert level knowledge and usage of Google Drive (Sheets, Documents, Slides), Slack, and AI tools

  • Advanced Outlook/Google calendar management is critical

  • Ability to format high level presentations and database applications


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $53/hr - $72//hr
