Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Communications Content Manager in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, governance model, content migration plan, and success criteria
* Work closely with the IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management for the intranet development and staggered rollout - from requirements gathering and vendor coordination to implementation, testing, and launch
* Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans, timelines, resourcing, and budgets
* Partner closely with internal stakeholders from Communications, IT, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Field support across multiple brands and geographies
* Align stakeholders around a shared vision and implementation roadmap; Ensure consistent brand representation across all platform components
* Lead migration of content from current franchisee communications platform to new intranet across four distinct brand portals, as well as current corporate intranet
* Launch a net-new intranet portal for international markets
* Design content governance structure, workflows, and contributor training guides
* Develop and deploy scalable change management and user adoption plan for both corporate and frontline users
* Coordinate vendor and technology partner activities, ensuring delivery on time and on spec
* Drive content planning, governance, and contributor onboarding strategies across global teams
* Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and platform performance to guide enhancements post-launch
* Define and monitor success metrics post-launch and implement continuous improvement plans
* Ensure accessibility, usability, and scalability of the platform across diverse markets and user groups
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP or change management certification is a plus and experience with Project Management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Air Table, Miro, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
* 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least +3 years managing intranets or digital internal communications platforms (intranets, employee engagement tools, etc.)
* Experience working with and rolling out digital communication [SM1.1] [FA1.2] tools and/or intranet platforms (e.g., Interact, Unily, Firstup, SharePoint, Simplr, etc. [SM2.1] [ES2.2])
* Strong background in communications strategy and experience communicating within organizations with frontline/deskless employees, franchisees, and/or decentralized business models
* Background in franchise, retail, store, or restaurant operations communication and/or employee experience best practices highly desirable
* Proven success managing complex, multi-brand and/or multi-market platform rollouts
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
* Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical elements - from stakeholder alignment and strategy development to task-level execution
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with an understanding of how to tailor messages to different audiences
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
