Job Description
The Procedural Specialist provides expert clinical and technical support for Bard Peripheral Vascular products in surgical and interventional radiology settings within the Miami, Florida territory. This role involves educating healthcare professionals, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring optimal product performance during procedures.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical support to physicians and hospital staff during peripheral vascular procedures, including case coverage and troubleshooting of Bard Peripheral Vascular products.
  • Educate and train healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, technicians) on the proper use, application, and benefits of Bard Peripheral Vascular devices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical staff within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, support product launches, and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct in-service training sessions and educational programs for hospital personnel.
  • Gather clinical feedback on product performance and report findings to the appropriate internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales).
  • Maintain accurate records of all clinical activities, including case logs, training sessions, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Travel extensively within the Miami territory to support various accounts and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or clinical field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Cardiovascular Technology, Biology) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in interventional cardiology, radiology, or vascular surgery.
  • Proven ability to provide clinical support during complex medical procedures.
  • Strong understanding of peripheral vascular anatomy, physiology, and common disease states.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Miami, Florida territory, potentially including some overnight stays.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
