About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Interventional Radiologist to provide procedural coverage at Wellington Regional. This role is ideal for local physicians looking for supplemental income, flexible work, and the opportunity to contribute directly to patient care. The schedule is approximately 12 weeks per year, Monday Friday onsite with call coverage, offering meaningful engagement without full-time obligations.

What You ll Do

Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures: biopsies, drainages, embolization s, vascular interventions, ablations

Manage patient care from consultation through post-procedure follow-up

Collaborate with surgeons, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes

Maintain compliance with hospital, safety, and regulatory standards

Utilize hospital systems (Cerner EMR) for documentation and communication

What We re Looking For

MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Radiology

Florida medical license preferred or eligible

Local to Wellington, FL for onsite coverage

Strong procedural and hospital-based interventional radiology experience

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-focused care skills

Preferred Qualifications

Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology

Previous hospital-based IR experience

Familiarity with multidisciplinary care teams
