Job description

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF), a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to join their established team in Pensacola, Florida. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time, hybrid, and leadership roles, focusing on a full spectrum of breast imaging and interventional procedures. The successful candidate will primarily support Sacred Heart Hospital, a leading 560+ bed institution and Level 1 trauma center.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on a full spectrum of breast imaging, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast MRI, and interventional breast procedures.
  • Serve as Lead Interpreting Breast Radiologist (Option 4).

Compensation

  • $50,000 Commencement Bonus!

  • The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000.

  • Option 3: Monday-Friday schedule with hybrid model, Mix of on-site and remote reading days, ~80% Breast / 20% General Radiology, Q7 remote weekend call
  • Flexible scheduling options tailored to leadership and clinical goals (Option 4)

Requirements

  • MD or DO with completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency
  • Fellowship training in Breast Imaging
  • Board-certified or board-eligible (ABR or AOBR)
  • MQSA required
  • Eligible for Florida medical licensure
