We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and manage the full order lifecycle—from initial inquiry through delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, building customer relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in quoting, order management, and customer success within a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Manage orders from inquiry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide updates on order status, shipping dates, pricing, and product availability
  • Review RFQs/RFPs and ensure all required information is complete for quoting
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Planning, Sourcing) to ensure smooth order flow
  • Support quoting activities and track submissions and outcomes
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain documentation and customer records
  • Help resolve issues, expedite orders, and support customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Support KPI tracking (orders, revenue, quote turnaround, win rate, etc.)
  • Train or mentor junior team members as needed
  • Travel occasionally (up to once per quarter)
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and act on data
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of inventory management (kanban, safety stock, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with quoting, sourcing, or order management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred OR
  • Associate's degree with relevant experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 3–5 years of professional experience
