Job Summary:
Join our production team at Intervala, where precision, quality, and innovation drive everything we do. We’re seeking a Machine Operator to perform key assembly operations and operate specialized equipment that supports our electronics manufacturing processes. This is an opportunity to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned assembly tasks under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
  • Operate a range of equipment such as conformal coating systems, singulation machines, and begin training on wave solder machinery.
  • Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using a variety of hand tools and hardware.
  • Identify and address defects in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards (all classes).
  • Maintain a high standard of quality while working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Follow all company policies and expectations outlined in the General Requirements for Team Members.

What You Bring:

  • Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using basic tools and testing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable handling small, intricate parts and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle tasks involving multiple variables and minimal standardization.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
