As a Domain expert in IT Healthcare Integrations and Interoperability solutions with an understanding of Healthcare Payer/Provider clinical data exchange you will own and lead valuable deliveries that improve the health experience of our members. This role will interact and participate in the implementation and operation of Epic Payer Platform. Experience with Epic EHR and/or Epic Payer Platform implementation or operations will give an edge to applicants.
You will lead and manage IT teams through successful delivery of solutions to address business needs. Manage on-going maintenance of related systems. Manage relationships with business and technology partners. Performs all people leader tasks. Maintain and enforce ideal architecture for applications under your domain.
With communication needs varying from technical and detailed to business focused and "C" suite consumable, you will be centered in the heart of making the bi-directional data exchange between payers and providers a reality.

  • Assistdepartments with strategic analysis to provide recommendations that ensure quality, cost effectiveness, goals, regulatoryrequirementsand mandates are met through IT solutions ina timelyfashion.

  • Provide direct reports with well-defined job expectations, ongoing performance feedback,accurateandtimelyperformance appraisals, coaching, mentoring, training, conflict resolution

  • Play a key role in definition of the Solution Delivery Methodology and enforce the adherence of associated procedures

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (whererequired)

  • 3+ yearsplus ofleading IT deployment teams.

  • 8+ years of experience in relatedfield.

  • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Salary Range

At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
