Job description

Build a Finance Career with Real Responsibility
Looking for a role where you'll handle meaningful work from day one? At JVM Lending, you'll skip the busywork and dive into real responsibility - analyzing complex financials, coordinating with clients and partners, and managing your own pipeline. You'll earn strong compensation, develop valuable skills, and work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment with a team that expects a lot and supports your growth.
We're a tech-forward mortgage company, not a traditional financial institution. Here, you'll be trusted, coached, and challenged to grow quickly.
Why Join JVM
Competitive Salary and Bonus Structure
$75,000 base pay plus performance bonuses from day one. You'll have stable income with uncapped upside based on team success. No commission pressure and no cold calls.
Collaborative, High-Performing Team
You'll join a smart, accountable team that values collaboration and mutual support. We push each other to improve, share knowledge freely, and celebrate wins together.
Structured Training and Mentorship
We provide clear, effective training to get you up to speed, plus hands-on mentorship from experienced team members. You'll learn quickly with support from people who want you to succeed.
Modern Tech and Systems
You'll use proprietary software and work with a dedicated virtual assistant to keep your pipeline organized and efficient. Our tech helps you focus on problem-solving and execution.
Merit-Based Growth
If you deliver results, you'll earn more responsibility and higher compensation quickly. Your work will matter, and your growth will reflect it.
What You'll Do
Analyze Financial Profiles
Review clients' financial documents and credit profiles to determine loan eligibility. You'll assess income, assets, and credit with accuracy and attention to detail, becoming an expert in complex financial scenarios.
Support Clients and Partners
Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to keep deals moving smoothly. You'll serve as a clear, reliable point of contact and help clients navigate stressful financial decisions.
Manage Your Pipeline
Use our internal systems to track loans from start to finish. You'll manage competing deadlines, spot issues early, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Lead a Mini-Team
Manage one or more virtual assistants - coordinating their work, providing direction, and building early leadership experience.
Learn and Execute
You'll learn the mortgage business quickly, handle real deadlines, and juggle multiple responsibilities. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the learning curve is steep.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required. All majors welcome - you don't need a business, economics, or math background to excel in this role. GPA of 3.25 required.
  • 0 to 3 years of work experience. We look for jobs or roles that show accountability and resilience - including restaurant work, retail, customer service, leadership roles, or internships with real responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills. You can write a clear email, explain complex ideas simply, and represent the team professionally.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving ability. You notice what others miss, think critically about financial scenarios, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset. You work well with others, welcome feedback, and contribute to a respectful, high-performing culture.
  • Drive to grow. You ask questions, take ownership of your work, and show up ready to learn and execute every day.

Even if you don't meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We value drive, potential, and the ability to grow more than a perfect resume.
At this time, we are unable to sponsor or transfer work visas. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
