The Opportunity Prime Residential is looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to join our Acquisitions team responsible for evaluating and executing multifamily transactions across our west coast based portfolio.This is a role for someone excited about a career in real estate private equity. You will be embedded in the full deal cycle from initial underwriting through closing, working directly alongside senior team members with real ownership from day one.What You Will DoBuild and maintain financial models, proformas, and cash flow projections for multifamily acquisitions. Analyze rent rolls, income statements, and offering memoranda.Manage the acquisitions pipeline, monitor deal status, flag risks to closing, and track critical timelines.Coordinate due diligence with third-party consultants and support transaction execution through closing.Prepare and present investment memoranda to the internal approval committee. Contribute to investor materials and market reports.Maintain portfolio and fund-level cash flow models and support asset management and lender coordination.What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
