TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.REQUIREMENTS:Order Fulfillment & Packing● Pick online customer orders accurately using printed pick tickets.● Inspect media items like vinyl records, CDs, and lyric books for condition flaws before packing.● Pack apparel and collectibles using appropriate mailers, custom tissue paper, or protective boxes.● Include promotional inserts like artist stickers, thank-you cards, or tour flyers in specific orders.● Affi x e-commerce shipping labels for domestic and international carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.Inventory & Stock Management● Unload new merchandise arrivals such as bulk t-shirts, hoodies, vinyl pressings, and posters.● Organize apparel storage bins by specific artist, apparel design, garment size.● Conduct regular cycle counts on items.● Report low-stock alerts to supervisors to prevent online store backorders.● Process customer returns by inspecting items for wear and restocking re-sellable merchandise.Daily Operations● Navigate e-commerce platforms or warehouse software like ShipStation.● Collaborate with Supervisors to prioritize urgent orders, address shipping changes, or fi x address errors.● Assemble custom shipping boxes and keep packing stations fully stocked with tape, bubble wrap, and mailers.● Maintain a spotless workspace to prevent dust or debris from damaging exposed apparel and music media.Physical Requirements● Stand and walk constantly on concrete warehouse floors for the duration of an 8 hour shift.● Demonstrate strong manual dexterity to fold apparel neatly and pack fragile vinyl records quickly.● Lift up to 30–40 pounds when moving bulk boxes of vinyl records, heavy hoodies, or printed tour books.● Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, taping, and lifting packages throughout the day. QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or GED equivalent required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.1 to 2 year experience with customer service.1 to 2 years experience in the corporate environment.1 to 2 years experience in building services.Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.WATCH Where Service Matters:
