We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Automation and Manual Testing to lead quality assurance efforts across complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks while also ensuring comprehensive manual test coverage. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior QA engineers.
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive test strategies including both automated and manual approaches.
- Lead test planning, effort estimation, and risk analysis for product releases and major updates.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks using UiPath.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliability of nightly and regression test suites.
- Ensure the framework supports scalability, modularity, and ease of maintenance
