Key Responsibilities

  • Support RPA CoE governance: documentation standards, PDD/SDD creation, ROI tracking, and pipeline intake processes

  • Stay current with UiPath platform updates (Automation Cloud, AI Center, Action Center, Test Suite) and recommend adoption where relevant

  • Collaborate with security/infrastructure teams to ensure automations meet compliance and data-handling requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 8-12 years of experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on RPA development experience, with 3+ years specifically in UiPath

  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

  • Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Robot deployment/administration

  • Solid understanding of .NET, VB.NET or C#, and object-oriented programming concepts

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
