Job Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive primary, acute, and chronic care in an outpatient community health setting. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent care to patients of all ages or adult populations, depending on specialty. This role includes clinical care, patient education, hospital-based responsibilities when needed, and participation in quality assurance, peer review, and continuing medical education. Providers will also collaborate closely with clinical leadership and support team-based care.
Responsibilities
• Provide primary, acute, chronic, and emergency care in clinic and/or hospital settings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with medical record protocols
• Build strong rapport with patients, ensuring respectful and equitable treatment for all
• Participate in provider quality assurance, peer review, and staff conferences
• Serve as a preceptor for medical trainees when requested
• Maintain flexible clinic hours to support patient needs, continuing education, and hospital duties
• Collaborate with leadership on care delivery, quality initiatives, and clinical operations
• Uphold confidentiality, professional ethics, and organizational standards
• Frequent travel between clinic sites as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Compensation
• Base Salary: $230,000–$300,000 (based on MGMA salary benchmarks)
• Productivity Incentive: $30 per RVU after 4,000 wRVUs
