Position Responsibilities

  • Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.

  • Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.

  • Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.

Minimum Requirements

  • This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience in Articulate preferred.
