SCOPE:
The Project Manager - Enterprise Delivery provides leadership and structure for enterprise-wide initiatives that support Hills Bank's strategic priorities, operational effectiveness, customer experience, and compliance objectives. This position serves as a central coordination point between business leaders, IT partners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure projects are clearly defined, well-governed, and delivered on time with measurable results. The role requires strong communication, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Project Delivery & Execution:
  • Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously from project intake through closure.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, status reports, risk logs, and executive communications.
  • Drive accountability and remove barriers to successful delivery.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
  • Build relationships with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, align goals, and manage expectations.

Requirements & Planning:
  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support prioritization, dependency management, and solution planning.

Vendor & Third-Party Coordination:
  • Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and implementation activities.

Risk, Compliance & Governance:
  • Identify, monitor, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.

Communication & Reporting:
  • Provide concise project reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Other Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned and support continuous improvement initiatives.

EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-8 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives required.
  • PMP, CSM, CCMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with business analysis and process mapping preferred.
  • Banking experience preferred.
