Interns may work with design teams, assist in marketing, help with production, or support retail and e-commerce operations. The goal is to gain practical knowledge about how swimwear is designed, manufactured, and sold, while building relevant skills and industry connections. Internships can vary in length and may be paid or unpaid, depending on the company and location.
