Responsibilities—Sales Consultant:
 

  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and features, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Assist both in-person and digital customers, offering expert advice and providing excellent service, whether in the showroom or online.
  • Set personal income goals aligned with dealership standards and develop a strategy to achieve those goals.
  • Stay up to date on the latest vehicle features, models, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by building relationships with new and returning clients.
  • Follow through with post-sale support, ensuring customers remain satisfied and informed.

Qualifications—Sales Consultant: 

  • Experience in the sales industry is required—automotive experience is a plus, but we are open to candidates from all backgrounds (Real Estate, Home Furnishings, Retail, etc.).
  • Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a strong record of positive customer service results.
  • A high level of integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to the automotive industry.
  • Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate with a dynamic team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
