ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and execute all aspects of the strategic marketing plan ensuring exceptional results. Assist in the development of the Ethos marketing plan. Perform market research and analysis providing all information as part of the marketing plan development process. Provide marketing advice, counsel and general support for the Ethos business model. Maintain and track record of all marketing efforts reporting the effectiveness making recommendations for improvements when needed. Participate in the establishment of market targets and customers by creating best practices for achieving long‐term profitability through risk selection and pricing criteria. Evaluate operational issues and provide marketing plan suggestions based on market forecasts. Provide exceptional leadership and mentoring to marketing staff to ensure business goals are met or exceeded. Represent the firm in a professional manner with clients and business partners.
