Hitachi Energy is seeking an Early Career Program Intern for its Raleigh, NC location. As an Early Career Program Intern, you will assist the Early Career Program Manager NAM in facilitating the 12-week summer internship program. You will use professional communication, critical thinking, and time management skills to ensure an effective internship experience for both interns and their managers. As an Early Career Program Intern, you will work with other motivated interns and members of the Talent Management Team to expand your knowledge, skills, and abilities related to program management and human resources.
Responsibilities:
Help execute the summer internship program and achieve an NPS score of 50 Organize and manage intern check-ins and virtual intern connection meetings Aid in reviewing resumes Create & manage National Intern Day campaign Lead intern sustainability challenge Assist in collecting end of the summer wrap-up survey for interns and intern performance evaluation survey for managers Support Internship Extension Process Attend on-site career fairs or events if possible, and if not, attend virtual career fairs
