Position Summary

The AMBSE Digital Marketing Seasonal Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the dynamic environment of the AMBSE Digital Marketing team, supporting initiatives across AMBSE brands, including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and NWSL Atlanta 2028. This part-time position is ideal for a recent college graduate who is passionate about digital marketing, project coordination, and campaign execution and is eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Working up to 30 hours per week from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Seasonal Assistant will support the execution, coordination, and quality assurance of digital marketing campaigns across web, app, email, and SMS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support the AMBSE Digital Marketing team in the execution of campaigns across email, website, mobile app, and SMS channels.
  • Assist with project coordination workflows by supporting request intake, updating project timelines, maintaining task status within Monday.com, and helping ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Help coordinate creative assets, campaign deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy of links, dates, content, creative assets, and campaign details prior to launch.
  • Support content updates and publishing within web content management systems (CMS).
  • Help prepare and support gameday and event-day digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing and digital operations, including project coordination, documentation, campaign preparation, task tracking, and cross-functional communication.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, sports, entertainment, and digital operations.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, digital media, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, project management tools, or analytics platforms is a plus.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative work style with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, or similar) preferred.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and select events as needed.
