Who We Are:
Minnesota United FC (MNUFC) is a professional soccer club competing in Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier of soccer in North America. As a club driven by passion and community, we operate under the oversight of the U.S. Soccer Federation, a member of FIFA. Our headquarters are in Golden Valley, MN, with soccer operations based at the MNUFC Training Center in Blaine. On matchdays, we call Allianz Field in St. Paul home-one of the premier soccer-specific stadiums in the country.
Position:
The Stadium Operations Staff is part of the Stadium Operations department for Minnesota United FC (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.
Position Summary:
The Stadium Operations Staff will assist with operational tasks on both event and non-event days including set up, teardown, and facility related tasks at Allianz Field. Additionally, this role will assist with MNUFC2 game days at the National Sports Center in Blaine, MN. Through this role you will gain knowledge of the ins and outs of operating a professional sporting event, special event, and overall facility management.
This is a part-time position based primarily at Allianz Field in St. Paul, MN reporting to the Facility Operations Manager.

What You'll Do:
  • Aid in the management and organization of game day set up, execution, and tear down
  • Work as a team to complete necessary set up for special events in accordance with an event layout
  • Assist with maintenance, upkeep, and organization within the stadium
  • Report any deficiencies during stadium inspections to supervisors

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
