We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our ServiceNow Support and Operations team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ServiceNow, a leading IT service management platform. The intern will assist in providing technical support, managing operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the ServiceNow system.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members on new features and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to operations planning and execution.

Basic Qualifications
  • College student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer-Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0

USD 24.23 - 36.35 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
