It's an excellent opportunity for students interested in private equity, entrepreneurship, or investment banking to learn about the acquisition process while contributing to real investment decisions.

The role is typically fast-paced and requires adaptability, as priorities can shift quickly based on deal flow. Additionally, you'll likely collaborate with other interns and external professionals, providing a great opportunity to learn about mergers and acquisitions and gain hands-on experience in private equity.
