The Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing engaging digital content that promotes the Cigarette Racing brand across social media, the company website, email marketing, and other digital platforms. This role captures photo and video content, supports product launches and events, maintains brand consistency, monitors social media engagement and analytics, and collaborates with internal teams to showcase the craftsmanship, innovation, and luxury performance of Cigarette Racing.
Geographic Region:
Applications outside of the geographic region for this position will not be considered.

Social Media Management
• Manage day-to-day activity across all company social media platforms.
• Create and schedule social media posts using a content calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Assist with influencer, ambassador, and partner content.
Content Creation
• Capture professional photography and video of boats, manufacturing, events, employees, and customer experiences.
• Edit photos and videos for social media, website, advertising, and promotional use.
• Produce reels, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
• Maintain a digital asset library.
Digital Marketing Support
• Update website content, images, blogs, and product pages ( Wordpress )
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Support digital advertising by preparing creative assets.
• Ensure all digital content follows company branding standards.
Brand Support
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Create marketing collateral for sales, dealers, and customer communications.
• Assist in launching new boat models and marketing campaigns.
• Protect the premium image of the Cigarette Racing brand.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor social media insights and engagement metrics.
• Track website traffic and campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Identify successful content and audience trends.
Event & Marketing Support
• Attend boat launches, customer events, photoshoots, sea trials, and trade shows.
• Capture live event photography and video.
• Support event setup and branding.
• Coordinate with vendors when needed for creative projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Service, and Leadership to identify content opportunities.
• Respond to internal requests for marketing materials.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience managing social media and digital content.
• Experience with luxury, marine, automotive, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
• Photography and videography
• Drone photography/videography (FAA certification preferred)

Location: Onsite in Opa Locka, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly (non-exempt)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime or weekends
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Primarily office-based with occasional travel to events, photoshoots, sea trials or industry engagements.
• May require extended hours during product launches, major campaigns, or special events.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This role is based in a boat manufacturing or repair facility. The work environment may involve exposure to chemicals and fumes, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
