This internship is structured as a remote telehealth position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high standard of client engagement and care. You will conduct therapy sessions via secure digital platforms, utilizing technology to connect with clients in a meaningful way. • Conduct individual therapy sessions, adapting evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each client.

The Behavioral Health Therapist Intern will work with a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling is mandatory.
• Active intern licensure in Washington State (e.g., LMHCA, MFT Intern) is required to practice in our organization.

• Excellent organizational capabilities with a keen attention to clinical detail, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a supervised clinical setting, ideally working with outpatient populations.

• Experience in implementing treatment plans for a variety of mental health conditions.
