We are looking for an energetic, analytical, and growth-minded individual to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to design, document, and automate channel workflows, and train sales executives on these processes to ensure a seamless end-customer experience.
  • Manage reseller transactions to ensure we hit our SLAs, directly impacting revenue and keeping our Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams aligned.
  • Maintain and protect the integrity of partner data in Salesforce, ensuring core systems provide a reliable source of truth for leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate the operational onboarding, contracting, and ongoing relationship management of Lucid's channel partners.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and leverage automation and emerging AI tools to optimize workflows and support rapid program growth.
  • Execute ad hoc business and market analyses as requested by senior management to uncover new growth levers.
  • Analyze and report on reseller performance metrics to leaders, facilitating data-backed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (e.g., Economics, QAMO, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field).
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Foundational experience or exposure to Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to navigate data efficiently (e.g., VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and data formulas).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure work is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a strong interest in operational efficiency and leveraging automation or AI tools to optimize everyday workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently research, document, and present business-relevant topics clearly.
  • This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our Raleigh office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).

  • Prior internship or professional experience working within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, database tools, or productivity AI applications (e.g., Tableau, SQL, LLMs).
