This opportunity is only for RNs who are enrolled and are actively completing a Refresher RN program, potentially as directed by a Board of Nursing.
RN Refresher Preceptorship
This Preceptorship opportunity provides RNs a collaborative learning environment in which you will have the opportunity to redevelop your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for your RN Refresher Program. These clinical hours will need to be completed per the guidelines of the in which you are enrolled. The successful candidate will complete precepted shifts in a unit at one of our Banner Health facilities to be clinically supported by unit staff and educators. Unit preferences will be taken into consideration as we strive to achieve your nursing career goals.
RNs who complete a Refresher Preceptorship with Banner Health may be considered for a potential transition into Banner Health as a full-time Registered Nurse in the same facility and same unit upon completion of required clinical hours for the Refresher Course they are enrolled in.
Requirements to apply online:
  • Enrollment in refresher program with the board of nursing
  • Current BLS card through the American Heart Association or able to obtain before program starts.
  • BSN is preferred
  • Ideal candidates will reside in a state with a Banner Health clinic. hospital, or facility
