We exist because the senior population is exploding, medical spend is already out of control, and poorly coordinated care is wasting tens of billions of dollars every year. At the same time, the two resources we need most to address this problem - caregivers and primary care providers - are stretched thinner than ever.

Savoy aims to make aging better by restoring agency to seniors and integrating caregiving into the heart of healthcare to allow seniors to spend more quality days at home - and fewer days in the hospital. Today, this includes going into individual homes as well as partnering with senior living communities to coordinate and manage clinical gaps for these seniors, their caregivers, and the care ecosystem. Savoy deploys a team of clinical experts both in-person and virtually paired with proprietary technology to drive clinical outcomes - without disrupting the current care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in Savoy Life's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and other technologies.
  • Triage after hours patient inbound phone calls to further support care.
