  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that align with desired outcomes and adherence to established care paths.

  • Develop specific treatment objectives based on patient goals, maintaining openness to updates and changes as per patientโ€™s evolving needs while focusing on safety and symptom reduction.

  • Coordinate referrals and establish effective links between patients and external treatment providers, enhancing both support and recovery pathways.

  • Provide educational opportunities and mentorship to students, interns, and other learning individuals about clinical best practices within the mental health field.

  • Contribute to team development through peer review sessions, clinical collaborations, chart audits, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of care and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will cater to a diverse clientele facing the unique challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. By adopting a patient-centered approach, you will address both emotional and psychological impacts, ensuring a comprehensive treatment that supports the overall well-being of affected individuals and their families.
