Our perfect candidate: Has some experience with manual source code review and Burp Suite / OWASP ZAP Development experience in either Python, Java or Go Should be able to prepare reports in English Is self-organized Is able to learn from his/her mistakes Has motivation to work/study and show initiative Must be communicative (without this it is difficult to teach effectively) Brings something to the mix (e.g.
