A day in the life:
Power Digital is looking for a Creators (User-Generated Content) Intern to join our team! If you're passionate about social media and creator marketing, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Creators Intern, you'll gain valuable experience working with content creators, executing and reviewing UGC campaigns, and engaging with online communities to drive brand success. This Intern plays a pivotal role in supporting the Creators team by actively participating in campaign creation, creator management, and executing social media and creative strategies through concept development. If you're a creative thinker, a quick learner, and excited about the future of user-generated content for brands, we'd love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
  • Creator & Manager Communication: Support in communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns, keeping them informed, engaged, and on track from onboarding through content delivery. Proactive communication and tracking with your manager and strategist for alignment.
  • Campaign Workflow Support: Support the Creators team on client creator campaigns from concept ideation to brief creation, creator vetting, and tracker status updates.
  • Community Engagement & Growth: Monitor and engage with creator communities, fostering relationships, and encouraging authentic brand advocacy through content.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Regularly monitor UGC performance metrics, extracting insights to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and emerging creator and creative strategies to inform campaign recommendations.
  • Collaborative Team Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions, creator strategy discussions, and project coordination to help shape successful campaigns.
  • Independent & Proactive Workflow: Take ownership of assigned tasks, managing projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Role Requirements:
  • Experience or interest in creator marketing management fields, particularly for campaigns on organic and paid social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta. Knowledge of UGC and its role within broader digital and social marketing strategies.
  • Working toward or have recently received a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute to an evolving department in San Diego's second-fastest-growing company
