Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, providing necessary interventions and updates to treatment plans based on evolving mental health needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach that promotes patient goals and desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and community resources or specialized providers, ensuring comprehensive access to care.
  • Mentor students, interns, and other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development within the organization.
  • Engage in peer-to-peer collaboration, review clinical practices, and participate in team dynamics to uphold the highest standards of care.
