Job description

About the Role
Builder.io is seeking an xDR to join our team and drive customer growth. Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a fast-growing category that brings high-velocity visual building to large-scale
At Builder.io, xDRs are the driving force behind revenue, creating the pipeline that fuels sales success. As a shareholder, you'll have a personal stake in the company's growth, knowing the opportunities you generate are essential to scaling the business and achieving organizational success.
This role goes beyond lead generation-it's about fostering meaningful connections, driving impactful results, and building cross-functional expertise. In a dynamic, collaborative environment, you'll play a vital role in our organization's growth while developing skills to advance your career.
While Builder.io is a remote-first organization, this position is part of a collaborative team that will initially meet in person 2 times per month. Over time, we anticipate increasing in-person collaboration to 2-3 days per week once our office is established. Candidates should be comfortable with this hybrid arrangement and be located in commuting distance of San Francisco, CA.
As an xDR at Builder.io you will:
  • Build pipeline to support revenue growth.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless, impactful interactions.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline pipeline creation and lead management.
  • Focus on thoughtful, strategic outreach to engage prospects meaningfully.
  • Serve as a product advocate, using insights to improve pipeline quality.
  • Gain valuable skills and experience to advance into roles in sales, marketing, customer success, operations, or as an account executive.

You will thrive in this role if you have...
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales or a related field, with bonus points for experience in B2B SaaS or developer-focused roles.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
  • Curiosity: Eager to deeply understand Builder.io's product and value proposition.
  • Communication: Confident in crafting and delivering impactful messaging to prospects.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong drive for success.
  • Business Acumen: Familiar with organizational decision-making processes and adept at navigating them.

The items above are a starting point for a conversation, not a hard list of requirements. If this role excites you, we hope you will apply!
Why Join Builder.io?
As an xDR at Builder.io, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the sales development process, driving growth, and generating revenue. Your contributions will be meaningful, impactful, and foundational to our success. You'll experience:
  • Impactful Work: Your efforts will directly contribute to the organization's growth and success.
  • Growth Opportunities: Learn from experienced sales and marketing professionals while gaining skills that open doors to diverse career paths in sales, marketing, and beyond.
  • Collaborative Environment: Join a team that values intelligence, efficiency, and meaningful growth, fostering strong cross-department collaboration.
  • Shared Success: As a shareholder, you'll have a personal stake in Builder.io's achievements.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast-growing industry.
The total compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 USD OTE (on-target earnings), consisting of base salary and on-target commission. This role is also eligible for meaningful company equity and benefits.
This position is fully remote and open to candidates in multiple locations. Compensation may vary by country and local market and will be discussed early in the interview process. Final offer amounts are determined based on experience, role-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
What Builder.io offers you:
  • Unlimited time off. 3 weeks is the minimum that we will ask you to take each year
  • Mental health days. We encourage you to take at least one per quarter to recharge
  • Paid parental leave. 12 weeks of full pay for the birth and care of a newborn child, or for the placement of a child for adoption or foster care
  • $500 home office improvement budget. Help get what you need to be comfortable working in a digital-first environment
  • $500 annual learning & development budget. Feel supported and empowered to continue developing your skills
  • Co-working space reimbursement. Work from any WeWork at anytime with an All Access pass, or reimburse up to $300/month at another local co-working space
  • Health Insurance. 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, and 50% covered for eligible dependents
  • Additional Insurance. Depending on location, Builder covers your life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and you'll have access to supplemental benefits like accident and critical illness insurance
  • 401k (for US based team members). Contribute to your financial future
  • Real equity. We have a four year vesting schedule with a one year cliff. We also have a ten (10!!) year exercise window (yeah, we're pretty stoked about it!)

About Builder.io:
Builder.io is pioneering the space between design and development, creating a new category of Visual Development Platform that transforms how teams build digital products.
Our Visual Copilot technology bridges the gap between Figma designs and production code, enabling teams to build interactive features using natural language while working with their actual code, data, and APIs. Alongside our code generation capabilities, our CMS empowers organizations to skip code generation altogether and publish updates to any live site or app in a couple clicks.
Trusted by leading mid-market to enterprise-level companies like JCrew, Vimeo, and Anheuser Busch, we're focused on eliminating the traditional bottlenecks between design, development, and content management.
Builder.io is committed to growing an inclusive and diverse team. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran, genetic information, marital status or any other legally protected status.
