Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate services among staff, families, and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Recruit and mentor a diverse team of mental health professionals, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to a multidisciplinary staff, facilitating a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage administrative functions related to counseling services, including documentation and compliance with LMFT/LCSW/LPCC guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and assess marketing strategies aimed at enhancing community outreach and establishing vital business contacts.
  • Have opportunities to offer Clinical Supervision to junior staff and interns, contributing to their professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, including addiction, homelessness, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring disorders. You will engage with clients in a therapeutic context, addressing their unique needs and collaboratively setting goals for treatment. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, and a commitment to upholding requisite standards and guidelines.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in crisis management and providing mental health services is essential.
  • A deep understanding of addiction issues and an empathetic approach to integrating therapy are necessary.
  • Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and the complexities surrounding co-occurring disorders.
  • Respect and professionalism towards those served as well as staff are indispensable traits for success in this role.
Preferred Experience
