The DevOps team plays a pivotal role in enabling BioIntelliSenseโ€™s engineering organization to ship reliable, high-quality software across our cloud infrastructure and applications. The team focuses on CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure-as-code, and observability to ensure consistent and secure deployments across multiple environments. This role will own and evolve core DevOps capabilities, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and platform reliability across multiple production environments.
Your role will require an AI-native mindset โ€” leveraging modern AI tooling to accelerate development workflows and bring automation-first thinking to everything you build. Your contributions will have a major impact in BioIntelliSenseโ€™s mission to improve patient care around the world.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Python, .NET/C#, and Flutter (Android/iOS) projects using Bitbucket Pipelines and CircleCI
  • Architect, maintain, and improve infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for AWS-native applications
  • Lead improvements in monitoring, alerting, and services reliability using tools like Datadog
  • Drive reliability and infrastructure optimization for performance, cost, and business continuity plans.
  • Support Databricks asset bundle (DABs) deployments and contribute to data platform reliability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize deployment and development workflows
  • Introduce and operationalize AI-enabled DevOps tools and agents to improve automation, code quality, and CI/CD efficiency
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident management processes as needed
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
  • 7-10 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or a related discipline, including internships or academic projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.ย 
  • Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale
  • Take initiative on continued automation improvements and proactively identify opportunities to reduce toil
  • Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and building high reliability and availability platforms.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle best practices and tooling such as, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Jira
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with AWS services such as ECS/Fargate, Lambda, EventBridge, and networking/security
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and observability platforms like Datadog
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology context such as HIPAA requirements and compliance
