  • Deliver psychoeducation to support family adaptation to diagnoses and treatment. Aid in ongoing transitions, specifically from youth to adult services.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments at key intervals, including admission and annually, to identify additional barriers to care.
  • Collaborate with health care colleagues to develop, implement, and review individualized psychosocial treatment plans and track patient progress.
  • Template mental health diagnoses as needed, ensuring they are well-documented within the electronic medical records system in compliance with health system policies.
  • Provide clinical supervision to MSW interns and contribute to their educational growth through mentorship.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad patient demographic, including adults, geriatrics, and varied age groups of children and adolescents, all facing unique challenges with mental health. This exposure enhances your clinical competence and allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals across different stages of life.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Licensure is essential; candidates must possess at least one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective assessment, interviewing, and counseling techniques within a mental health framework.
  • Familiarity with social work theories and methodologies and the ability to apply them in clinical practice.
  • Exceptional writing skills for preparing case narratives and documentation to meet legal and ethical standards.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is strongly desired.
Compensation and Benefits
