Your work setting will be primarily remote, allowing flexibility while engaging meaningfully with clients and colleagues. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, using evidence-based practices to adjust interventions and strategies as necessary to align with mental health diagnoses.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans with patients and their families, ensuring that cultural considerations and diverse needs are integrated into care delivery.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of treatment, reports, and clinical information to comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate care with referral options and engage with other healthcare providers, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive treatment for patients.
• Educate and mentor students, interns, and other professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Your primary focus will be assisting individuals and families grappling with the emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. You will utilize your skills to provide therapeutic support that promotes resilience, coping strategies, and improved mental health, addressing both immediate concerns and longer-term needs.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland.

• Experience in outpatient therapy, particularly with oncology patients or individuals dealing with chronic illness.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and teletherapy platforms to deliver remote care effectively.
• Skills in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention methodologies.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
