• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students and interns seeking clinical licensure.
• Deliver tailored psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a diverse range of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess client needs and track treatment progress effectively.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal requirements.
• Stay informed about advancements in therapeutic practices, incorporating the latest research insights into your clinical work.

You will serve a varied patient demographic, from individuals facing anxiety and depression to couples navigating relationship challenges or families dealing with systemic issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, giving you the opportunity to apply culturally competent care in your therapeutic process. • A Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• A valid, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance to practice independently.
• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities and patient care.

Experience in supervising interns or practicum students is highly valued. Candidates with a specialty in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or cognitive-behavioral therapy will be favored. Familiarity with telehealth best practices and tools will enhance your ability to effectively engage clients in a remote environment.
