Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs, with a focus on both pre-crisis and crisis situations.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to clients and their families, ensuring effective communication regarding behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
  • Complete all necessary documentation to remain compliant with regulatory standards, adhering to timelines that prioritize client care.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools, integrating insights from the clinical team to enhance treatment approaches.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at improving client outcomes.
  • Engage actively in accreditation and licensing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, including individuals facing mental health issues, substance use challenges, and developmental disabilities. Your empathy and ability to establish rapport will be essential as you guide clients through their mental health journeys, fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages openness and recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is a must.
  • Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Washington.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license in good standing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and minister compassionately.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a community health setting or non-profit organization is preferred.
