Summary:

We are looking for a Multimedia Producer who is responsible for creating engaging, creative, and visually compelling video and photography content in support of Texas Capital's marketing, communications, training, and HR initiatives. This role contributes to all phases of visual content creation, from concept development and on-site production to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can independently manage video shoots and photo sessions, collaborate with internal partners, and produce high-quality content that aligns with brand standards and business objectives. The role includes occasional travel to capture video and photography content at offices, events and external locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, shoot, edit and animate video content for Texas Capital Bank marketing, internal communications, training, and HR

  • Assist with coordination throughout the entire video production process (video shoots, script writing, storyboarding, editing, animating, etc.)

  • Create any motion graphics relating to videos, social media or other organizational needs

  • Produce accurate closed captions and ensure video content meets accessibility compliance standards (WCAG, ADA)

  • Deliver engaging creative content while working within brand guidelines

  • Take professional photographs for marketing campaigns, events, executive portraits, and workplace imagery

  • Collaborate across multiple departments and teams to develop creative and entertaining content

  • Communicate with internal clients on expectations, ideas, timelines, approvals, feedback, etc.

  • Understand design aesthetics as well as trends and innovation across a variety of animated and digital mediums

  • Archive, log and maintain footage and files for organizational and archival use

  • Assist as needed with freelancers, contract workers or interns (remote or on-site)

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • College degree required in related field or certification

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Video Production, Editing, Multimedia, etc.

  • Must provide a portfolio link in order to be considered for this opportunity, showcasing past and current work

  • Experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom

  • Experience with motion graphics

  • Experience with green screen chroma key compositing for studio-based video shoots and motion graphics work

  • Knowledge of production equipment (Cameras, Audio, Lighting, etc.)

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline oriented, high-energy environment

  • Adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be creative, possessing strong technical, written and verbal skills

  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Travel:

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
