• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students enrolled in Master’s programs who are pursuing clinical licensure, fostering their growth through mentorship.
• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate integrated care and holistic support for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and advancements in therapies, integrating innovative approaches to enhance service delivery.

• Current and valid state license as a mental health professional: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Experience supervising clinical interns or practicum students.
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery and remote therapeutic techniques.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
