We are devoted to offering compassionate care that respects each clientโ€™s journey, encouraging open dialogue and a strong therapeutic alliance. This position entails working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that their experiences and needs are prioritized in the treatment process.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology).
  • Current and valid state license as a mental health professional: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
  • Professional liability insurance to protect your practice.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supervising clinical interns or practicum students.
  • Familiarity with telehealth service delivery and remote therapeutic techniques.
  • Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and employee assistance programs (EAP), ensuring our staffโ€™s well-being is a priority.
