This is a full-time remote position, offering a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and follow-up care for clients.
• Assess patient needs and determine the most appropriate level of mental health care, coordinating with other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Complete all required documentation and statistical reports accurately to support organizational compliance and enhance quality of care.
• Collaborate with the Department of Correction to ensure accessibility and appropriate treatment placements for incarcerated individuals.
• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on mental health treatment and offer insights gathered through individual consultations.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision to enhance professional skills and integrate feedback into practice.
• Engage in case conferences and treatment planning sessions aimed at optimizing patient care strategies.
• Conduct psychological testing as necessary, providing thorough interpretation and recommendations.
• Mentor and supervise social work interns or student volunteers, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Unit Chief or Clinical Supervisor to support operational goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• The candidate must possess a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in conducting mental health evaluations and delivering crisis intervention strategies.
• Previous work with marginalized populations or within community health settings is highly desired.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and best practices regarding documentation and compliance.

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
