• Perform initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans that meet clients' needs, employing a strengths-based perspective.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using multiple evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy adapted for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure the delivery of holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, contributing to our commitment to quality assurance.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and clinical practices in mental health, attending workshops, webinars, and conferences.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns to foster a culture of professional growth and enhance the effectiveness of our clinical team.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our clients vary in age and background, and we see a significant representation of families and couples seeking support for their relational dynamics. By creating a safe online environment, you will help clients articulate their challenges and co-create strategies for growth and recovery.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience providing counseling services, particularly in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Strong knowledge of the ethical and legal framework guiding counseling practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specialization in fields such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples therapy is highly desirable.

• Experience in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies to streamline client engagement and documentation.

• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a comprehensive salary, our benefits package includes:
