The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting potential new clients and working with sales leadership to close IT services contracts. This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, multi-channel outbound prospecting, working with the marketing department on marketing initiatives, maintaining the sales CRM and prospecting database, and being a part of the entire sales process. Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel and identifying client needs/issues/and providing solutions to grow the business is essential.

Dazzee is a metric driven organization. To track our success we use a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to track the effectiveness of the team or individual. These KPI's should be understood and will be reported on regularly.
