Title: Active Directory Engineer
Location: 100% Remote - EST
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Engineer (5-7+ years) with hands-on expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Intune to support identity, access, and endpoint management in a hospital/healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD/Entra ID, and related identity services.
  • Maintain user accounts, security groups, OU structures, and directory policies.
  • Administer and support Intune for Windows and mobile device management.
  • Troubleshoot directory, authentication, and endpoint issues.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and operational reliability within a healthcare setting.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and clinical stakeholders on identity and device needs.

Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years experience in Active Directory engineering or administration.
  • Working knowledge of Intune (policies, configuration, device enrollment).
  • Solid understanding of Windows environments, authentication, and identity security.
  • Experience supporting hospital or healthcare IT environments (HIPAA awareness preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:
  • PowerShell scripting experience.
